Saint Monica, a revered figure in Christian history, was born in Tagaste, North Africa, in the year 331 AD. Widely known for her unwavering faith and persistence in prayer, she is celebrated as the mother of Saint Augustine, one of the most influential Christian theologians and philosophers. Monica's life is characterized by her commitment to the Christian faith and her fervent prayers for the conversion of her son.

Monica's journey to sainthood is marked by her enduring patience and steadfast devotion. Despite facing numerous challenges, including her son's wayward lifestyle, Monica remained steadfast in her prayers and belief in God's transformative power. Her prayers were eventually answered when Augustine underwent a profound conversion, embracing Christianity and later becoming a prominent figure in the Church.

Saint Monica is recognized as the patron saint of mothers, wives, and difficult marriages. Her life serves as an inspiration for those facing challenges within their families, encouraging them to persevere in prayer and trust in the transformative power of faith. Through her example, Saint Monica continues to be a symbol of hope and intercession for those seeking spiritual strength in the face of adversity.

Each bracelet handmade with 8mm glass beads. Hail Mary beads are beautiful and change color with the light. Wrap rosaries measure 7 1/2”, will wrap 2-3 times around most average to large wrists and maintain its shape.
